Product Performance:

PTFE pelletized resins are virgin, granular free-flowing resin grades. It is designed for automatic, compression or isostatic pressing. Many end products are manufactured from it and they are processed into the desired shape. For example, components such as sealing rings, discs, ball valve seats and laboratory utensils, large diameter rod-shaped mechanical bushings, electrical insulators, sealing rings, etc.

Application:

The product is deep-processing by molding powder. The products are used to auto press molding and ram extrusion all kinds of rods, pipes, etc.


Packing, storage and transportation:

Packing: PTFE is packed in double layer PVC bags inside and in hard circular barrels outside. On the barrel, there should be attached label and quality certificate, on which there are brand, trademark, executive criterion, type, grade, lot No. and net content, pack date, checker, packager.

Storage: PTFE should be stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse to prevent from dust and moisture mix into material.


Transportation: The products are transported according to non-dangerous products. Heat, moisture, freezing and strong-shock should be avoided during transportation to avoid the breakage of packing. Over-bumpiness and compression is apt to make the resin bind together.
